Tim has extensive experience designing, managing, and leading a wide variety of mixed-use, financial, multi-and single-family residential, industrial, corporate facility, and master planning projects across the country and around the world.  While he is a licensed architect and has worked in the architecture industry for many years Tim’s focus has been on senior leadership to elevate the work of team members while providing strategic guidance to clients and the business.  Tim’s extensive experience with strategic planning in the AEC/RE industry along with his commitment to team development and organizational improvement through servant leadership enables individual team members, projects, and clients to achieve their specific goals.

Tim is a licensed architect with a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is both AIA and NCARB affiliated. 

Tim lives in the Milwaukee area with his wife and four stepchildren.  They enjoy staying busy outdoors all year; from kart racing and kayaking in the summer to snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter.
