The maintenance and material storage buildings provide the necessary spaces for the maintenance and service employees who operate the new Albuquerque National Cemetery.  Although utilitarian in nature, the three buildings share a continuity of materiality with the Administration and Public Information Center and the Committal Shelters.  The two primary buildings are formed from mass walls of earth toned block contrasted with areas of ribbed metal panels.  They are connected by a weathering steel trellis, that provides shade from the intense sun.
